1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the MorseMind AI platform, dashboard, REST APIs, or embedding widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must create an account to access the MorseMind dashboard and API features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, secret API keys, and workspace tokens. You agree to notify MorseMind immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or secret keys.
3. Customer Knowledge Data & Zero AI Training Guarantee
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all document files (PDFs, DOCX, TXT, MD, PPTX, XLSX), website URLs, and database sources uploaded or connected to your MorseMind workspace. MorseMind guarantees that your uploaded knowledge content and conversation logs will NEVER be used to train third-party public LLM models without your explicit written consent.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the MorseMind platform to: - Generate, store, or distribute illegal, hateful, harassing, or harmful content. - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our RAG engine or APIs. - Conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or denial-of-service attacks. - Exceed rate limits or bypass usage quotas established for your subscription tier.
5. Subscription, Billing & Renewal
MorseMind offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly specified in an enterprise SLA.
6. Service Availability & Performance
MorseMind strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for API endpoints and embed widgets. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via email or our status page in advance. While we implement redundant retrieval architecture, MorseMind does not guarantee uninterrupted service during unforeseen third-party cloud infrastructure outages.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
MorseMind grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform, REST APIs, and JavaScript widgets in accordance with your subscription plan. MorseMind retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform codebase, RAG algorithm implementations, trade names, and trademarks.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MorseMind or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
9. Account Termination & Data Export
You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard settings. MorseMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for material breaches of these Terms. Upon account termination, you will have a 30-day grace period to export your workspace knowledge vector indexes and conversation logs before permanent deletion.
